Dan is a vice president at CBM and serves as the chairman of our not-for-profit service group. His experience includes audits, reviews, tax preparation, research and planning. Dan also has significant expertise with construction and real estate, parking garages and family owned businesses.

In the not-for-profit arena, Dan has provided services to many types of organizations including national trade associations; charitable, religious organizations and international relief organizations; and private foundations. He also has significant experience with specialized reports on compliance and internal controls, and with the testing required by OMB Circular A-133.

For the last two years, Dan has been the lead speaker and moderator of CBM’s Not-For-Profit Roundtable series, presenting seminars on various timely topics such as board governance, UPMIFA and endowments, A-133 audits and the revised IRS Form 990.

Dan graduated from Bucknell University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He holds a current CPA license from the State of New Jersey, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Greater Washington Society of CPAs, the American Society of Association Executives, the Center for Association Leadership and the Finance and Administration Roundtable.
