CBM is pleased to congratulate Paula B. Ellenberg, CPA, CVA, MST and Tax Manager at CBM on her recent appointment as President of the American Society of Women Accountants’ D.C. Area Chapter. CBM is pleased to congratulate Paula B. Ellenberg, CPA, CVA, MST and Tax Manager at CBM on her recent appointment as President of the American Society of Women Accountants’ DC Area Chapter (ASWA). Her appointment will become official starting July 1. Additionally, she has been serving ASWA's DC Area Chapter as Secretary since 2004. ASWA was formed in 1938 to increase the opportunities for women in all fields of accounting and finance. Paula offers 20 years of experience in the public accounting field. Her public accounting experience includes all areas of income taxation, planning and compliance, compilations, reviews, the implementation and design of accounting systems and business valuations. She works closely with not-for-profit organizations and closely held businesses. Paula is a graduate of Marymount University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and holds her CPA certificate in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
