With more than 35 years of public accounting experience, Vince serves as president and managing partner of CBM. He leads our executive committee and has extensive experience in managing and supervising engagements for audits, tax, business valuations and fraud examinations for organizations including construction, real estate, not-for-profit and professional service firms. In addition to being a CPA, Vince is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), providing clients and their attorneys services in these related areas. He is a dynamic speaker and has given numerous presentations on business topics such as management, accounting, tax and valuation. Vince serves on the board of directors of the Mental Health Association of Montgomery County. He is a past member of the board of governors for the Greater Washington Society of CPAs. He is also the past director of CBM’s construction practice, and continues to serve as engagement partner for many of the firm’s construction and real estate clients in matters relating to tax, operation audits, and financial and succession planning strategies. Vince is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Greater Washington Society of CPAs, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Vince completed his accounting studies at Benjamin Franklin University in Washington, DC (now part of George Washington University). He holds a CPA license from the State of Maryland, and also holds a Series 65 securities license. |
