POINT OF VIEW

On Mentoring…”I think mentoring young professionals is very critical today. Young staff members are not always prepared for professional settings right out of school, but our business requires that of them. Having a good set of mentors, like the ones we have at CBM, is very important to everyone’s success.”

INFLUENCE

Recent book influence…”I recently read ‘Crucial Conversations’ by Kerry Patterson. In my opinion, it’s a great book because it helps you identify important moments, make correct decisions and know how to handle those decisions. It is an important concept not only for business but for life.”

INSPIRATION

My perfect day…”The perfect day includes being on a lake in the country somewhere with no plans. We work hard for our clients year-round and we love what we do, but sometimes it is nice to relax and recharge.”
