On Marketplace Challenges…“The biggest challenges facing clients today revolve around staffing and technology. The hiring market is tight right now and companies across industries need to find new ways to attract talent. Additionally, technology is ever evolving. It is fulfilling to advise clients on ways to overcome both of these challenges.”

My Mentor Taught Me…“Client service is extremely important. The relationships I build with my clients are why I keep coming to work. I am dedicated to them and they know that. In turn, they refer other clients who might need our assistance. Relationships are key.”

On Becoming a CPA…“I chose this profession because my parents owned a small business and my mother did all of the accounting, including the taxes for the corporation. It was a natural fit for me. I really enjoy working with my clients and learning about their organizations.”
