Strategic Collaborative Divorce Planning Under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017

On Monday, October 22nd, a Principal from CBM will co-present to the Collaborative Dispute Resolution Professionals about the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.
In this workshop we will discuss the 2018 tax reform measures that impact divorce from a legal and financial perspective, including the repeal of the alimony deduction, the elimination of the dependency exemptions, new limits on the mortgage interest deduction and the 20% of qualified business income deduction and how this may impact our collaborative cases.
