Director of Not-for-Profit Services, Dan Weaver, and Senior Advisor, Anthony Cuozzo Jr., will present at the Greater Washington Society of CPAs’ Annual Nonprofit Symposium held from December 17 to 18 at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. The GWSCPA Nonprofit Symposium is an annual two-and-a-half day event that provides networking and professional education opportunities for hundreds of financial professionals in the not-for-profit sector throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan region.

In this past year, Mr. Weaver has led a series of professional education events related to Not-for-Profit accounting standards.
Mr. Weaver and Mr. Cuozzo are regular speakers at GWSCPA’s Annual Nonprofit Symposiums.
This year, CBM Principal Julia Lafferty served as chair of the Nonprofit Symposium Planning Committee. Last year, she served as co-chair. Ms. Lafferty is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Greater Washington Society of CPAs.
