Monica Hollander, CMA, CIA is a manager of client accounting and advisory services at CBM with 15 years of accounting and financial operations management experience in the for- and not-for-profit sectors. Her expertise gained from roles such as Global Finance Director at a multi-entity, international not-for-profit organization, includes improving efficiencies in finances and operations, aligning accounting priorities with organizational goals and collaborating with executive teams on enterprise-level goals. Monica is a certified management accountant and a certified internal auditor. She is also proficient with multiple accounting software packages, including QuickBooks, for which she is a Certified ProAdvisor.
Mike Thomas, CPA is a supervisor of client accounting and advisory services at CBM with more than 25 years of accounting, audit and tax experience in public accounting and the private sector. He has conducted and supervised various organizational accounting functions, including financial projections, monthly close procedures, financial statement preparation, budgeting activities, cash flow statement preparation, and reconciliations of general ledger accounts and bank statements. Mike’s expertise also incorporates broad areas of taxation including individuals, S-Corps, C-Corps and partnerships.
