- Tier 2 (CBM Reviews Your Application): CBM provides an overall review, evaluating your completed application and underlying data. You are responsible for submitting the application and certifying to your lender. CBM will remain available to you on an ongoing basis for consultation.
- Tier 3 (CBM Consults on an As-Needed Basis): CBM professionals are available to support you on an as-needed basis. CBM responds to questions you submit as you complete your application.
