What’s your job title and how long have you worked at CBM?
I am a senior advisor and have been working with CBM since December of 2018.
What inspired you to work in accounting?
A High School teacher named Mr. Westbrook. He was always impeccably dressed.
What’s the most exciting part of your job?
Has to be the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, with vastly differing personalities.
What advice would you give to someone who is interested in improving their social wellness?
Do your best to stay connected to your friends, get plenty of exercise and sleep! Sometimes also you need to feel uncomfortable to learn and grow. So don’t worry too much about this happening on occasion. It isn’t necessarily bad.
Do you have any advice for people looking to enter accounting or work at CBM?
Introduce yourself to anyone you don’t know. Try your best to memorize their name.
What are some interesting hobbies or talents most people may not know about you?
Real Estate, reading and classic cars.
What’s a goal of yours to better your social wellness?
What are some positive benefits of you being socially interactive?
Keeps you from getting bored with life. Gives you things to talk about and stimulate conversations.
What does Social Wellness Month mean to you?
Stay aware of what happens each day. Take the opportunities that life provides. Have some personal goals.
