Councilor, Buchanan & Mitchell Moving to Virtual Operations Due to the Coronavirus (Effective Tuesday, March 17)
Dear clients and friends of CBM,
CBM has always prioritized the safety of our staff, clients and families. We know that without the health and well-being of our most important people, our firm would not survive or succeed.
And so, in recent days, as the public health risks associated with coronavirus (COVID-19) have become even more critical, we came to recognize that the best thing we can do is move our operations to a virtual environment.
What does that mean?
Effective Tuesday, March 17, CBM staff will be working remotely and our physical offices will be closed.
I would like to emphasize that this adjustment will not impact the quality of our service (or your experience with us, if you already work with our firm virtually). CBM has long operated on an advanced technology platform—it is an investment we made to ensure our ability to deliver timely, high-quality client solutions whether we are operating from our office, a client location or from home.
We understand that a challenging situation such as the one we currently face may lead to questions or concerns about a disruption of service but CBM remains prepared and our professionals will continue to serve you.
We are unable to predict how long we will operate virtually. The COVID-19 situation continues to unfold every day and we feel obligated to comply with guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other public health experts from the federal government. We will continue to communicate with you as we receive new relevant information.
Our staff are fully engaged, productive, operating efficiently and await any questions or concerns you may have. CBM’s professionals are available via phone or email at your convenience. I appreciate your willingness to be flexible in working with us in this environment. The trust of our clients remains our most important asset, we will deliver.
Throughout our 100 years we have weathered many crises. Regardless of what lies ahead, we will remain centered on your success.
