The IRS Has Announced Increased Retirement Plan Benefits for 2024

With the 2024 tax year right around the corner, there’s good news coming from the IRS. According to a recent announcement from the tax agency (Notice 2023-75), there will be increases to retirement plan contributions next year due to inflation adjustments. Striking a Balance Between Retirement and College Saving

For 2022, the amount you can sock away into your 401(k), 403(b) and most 457 plans will rise another $1,000 to $20,500.
