Kathleen Booker, CPA

Kathleen Booker joined Councilor, Buchanan and Mitchell, P.C. (CBM) in 2017 and currently serves as a Senior-In-Charge. Her responsibilities include managing audit engagements and performing tax services for not-for-profit entities. In addition to her role as Senior-In-Charge, Kathleen serves as a member of CBM’s Quality Control and Audit Efficiency committees.

Prior to joining CBM, Ms. Booker served as Owner and CEO of an international apparel company based out of Los Angeles, California.  In 2015, Kathleen sold her business to begin studies at the University of California, Los Angeles and pursue a career in public accounting.
