Keith A. Laudenberger is a partner and director of CBM’s automotive dealerships division. He has 20 years of public accounting experience providing services to the automotive industry, construction, real estate and technology companies as well as not-for-profit organizations and government contractors. He has experience working with businesses of all size including family and closely held businesses.

Keith works with large and complex dealer groups providing them with a range of services including audit and assurance services, consolidated financial reporting, consolidated federal tax, and multi-state tax services. He has worked on dealership engagements that represent most manufacturers. In that capacity, he is involved in all phases of the engagement management including planning, preparation, reviewing and consulting.

Keith has an understanding of dealership DMS and is versed in the operations and data reporting both Reynolds and Reynolds and ADP system. Keith provides technology consulting services for CBM and its clients, providing recommendations on the use of technology and processes to more effectively reach business goals. Keith also presents numerous seminars on various technology issues to keep our clients current on the ever-changing computer services and hardware/software applications available to keep their businesses compliant, and profitable.
