Ms. Vance is the Production, Training and Database Manager and Co-Director of D-PATH at Councilor, Buchanan & Mitchell (CBM) with over 20 years of experience in public accounting.
Prior to working at CBM, Michelle was the national manager at another accounting firm, where she was responsible for overseeing the firm’s production departments across ten offices. While there, she also trained the professional staff on various software products. Michelle served on the firm’s paperless processing initiation team. Once paperless processing was implemented by the firm, she developed procedures and trained the staff on processing financial statements using a web-based document management program.
